Torra roots its specialty coffees directly in Brasil, home of the family-owned business. Back in Lisbon, single origins and blends are roasted, sending delicious aromas through the coffee shop. The unique sensory characteristics of each coffee are enhanced with Torra’s Fiamma Astrolab Pressure Profile, allowing the barista team to find and save the perfect recipe for each bean and roast.
Lately, Fiamma NAU Classica has arrived at the coffee shop, creating some buzz! The reason is a fun barista competition, open to anyone who is NOT a professional barista. Fiamma NAU Classica will allow participating amateur baristas to enjoy the stylish experience of shot timing with the manual chronometer and extracting an extraordinary espresso on the chromed E61 group.
Supported by Torra’s barista team (who extract with Fiamma Astrolab Pressure Profile) and cheered by the audience, you can win coffee gear and an immersive barista experience at Torra. The competition will take place December 12th at 15:00 WET.
