Preparing coffee drinks is an art, a passion – and the barista profession.
Portugal’s best baristas will compete at the national SCA Barista Championship, and Fiamma is the official equipment sponsor. ASTROLAB was the model chosen for the job, and each candidate will prepare and serve 3 coffee drinks for an international jury. The competition will take place during Lisbon Coffee Fest, the festival for both coffee professionals and enthusiasts that celebrates coffee. Save the date: October 30-31 2020 at the LXFactory.
